I have arrived safe and sound to my new home in Sofia, Bulgaria. Two ladies from the school were there to pick me up. The second I got in the van, I got a cell phone, moving in money, and an itinerary for the next couple weeks of orientation. They drove me to my apartment where my landlord was waiting for me and my internet was being installed. The apartment is perfect. My fridge was stocked with food, there were two bottles of wine and a couple beers waiting for me :) I was able to sleep all night and didn't wake up until 10 this morning. I'm not sure the last time I was able to sleep this late, it was wonderful. I just made breakfast and enjoyed it on my beautiful patio over looking the mountains. The other kindergarten teacher invited me for coffee this afternoon and the super intendant just called and invited everyone over his house for a bbq tomorrow. So far everything is going great. I'm looking forward to exploring the area a bit and meeting everyone.
