The following pictures are of a weekend trip to Istanbul. It was a short flight for a quick weekend trip. The pictures are of the Aya Sofya, Blue Mosque, The Hippodrome, Grand Bazar and the Spice Market. Following these pictures is the main event of the trip the Istanbul Eurasia Marathon / 8k.

The following pictures are of us picking up our race packets and the incredible 8k run from Asia to Europe. My cheeks hurt more than my legs at the end from smiling the entire race :) Amazing experience!

Going to work on a Sunday afternoon has it's rewards!

A group of women from work went up to the mountains for a spa retreat. It was a wonderfully relaxing weekend.
